Democratic Republic of Congo, 3 times the size of Texas, has less than 1000 miles of paved road so transportation is a very serious problem. Transportation for church leadership, medical teams, college professors, and medical emergencies is only possible through the mission plane in a timely manner. Medical centers that can handle medical emergencies are not available within walk making the aviation program a necessity and life-saving.
